Return Policy for Defective Products
At BHUNKS, we accept returns only for defective products. If you receive a defective item, we will either:
This return policy applies only if the product is defective, and we require a proper unboxing video ( Mail To - support@bhunks.com ) to verify the defect. The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Important Notes
Partial COD Policy
The amount collected as Partial COD is non-refundable if the customer fails to receive the product and it gets returned to us.
If the customer wants the order to be reshipped, an additional ₹199 must be paid for rescheduling the shipping.
No refunds will be provided for Partial COD payments under any circumstances.
Replacement Policy
Non-Defective Items (Size/Style Change):

The product must be sent back to us for processing.
Shipping charges will not be borne by BHUNKS for return or re-shipment. ( Self Shipping )

Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim a return or replacement for a defective product, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
The video should be recorded while opening the sealed package and must clearly show the defect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
