Replacement Policy

We want you to love everything you buy from BHUNKS - COCKTAIL RETAIL , and that’s why we offer replacements for all orders. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. To place replacement check the FOOTER > CUSTOMER SERVICE > PLACE AN EXCHANGE / RETURN

  • Non-Defective Items:
    If you’re simply looking for a size change or prefer a different style, we will be happy to assist with a replacement. Just reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll guide you through the process.
  • Defective Items:
    In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it . To ensure a smooth replacement process, please send us a proper unboxing video ( Mail To - support@bhunks.com ) that clearly shows the condition of the product and packaging. Once the video is submitted, our team will verify the issue and get back to you within 3-5 working days.

Return Policy for Defective Products

At BHUNKS, we accept returns only for defective products. If you receive a defective item, we will either:

  1. Replace the Product with a new one, or
  2. Refund the full purchase amount to the original payment method or Store Credit.

This return policy applies only if the product is defective, and we require a proper unboxing video   ( Mail To - support@bhunks.com )  to verify the defect. The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Unboxing Video Requirement:
    To proceed with a return for a defective item, you must submit a proper unboxing video within 7days of receiving the product. The video must clearly show the condition of the item and packaging, and this is necessary to help us assess the defect.
  • Refund Process:
    If you choose to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase or store credit. The refund will be processed within 7 working days after we verify the issue.

Important Notes

  1. Product Condition:
    All returns must include the product in its original condition, including tags, packaging, and any accessories that came with it. If any of these items are missing, the return request may not be processed.
  2. Packaging:
    Please ensure the product is securely packaged when returning it to prevent any damage during transit. Using the original packaging is highly recommended.
  3. Return/Replacement Timeline:
    Once we receive the returned product and verify the defect, we will issue the replacement or refund within 3-7 working days.
  4. Customer Support:
    Our customer support team is always here to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding your order, return, or replacement. You can contact us via email or Phone, and we’ll be happy to help.

Partial COD Policy

  • The amount collected as Partial COD is non-refundable if the customer fails to receive the product and it gets returned to us.

  • If the customer wants the order to be reshipped, an additional ₹199 must be paid for rescheduling the shipping.

  • No refunds will be provided for Partial COD payments under any circumstances.

International

Replacement Policy

Non-Defective Items (Size/Style Change):

If you're looking for a different size or style, we’re happy to assist with a replacement.

Please Note:

  • The product must be sent back to us for processing.

  • Shipping charges will not be borne by BHUNKS for return or re-shipment. ( Self Shipping )

  • The product must be in original condition, with tags, packaging, and any included accessories.

Defective Items:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it.

To ensure a smooth process, please send us a proper unboxing video clearly showing the item and packaging.
