Replacement Policy:

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted only for defective products. If you receive a defective item, we kindly request that you provide a proper unboxing video as proof within 7 days ( Mail To - support@bhunks.com ). This helps us verify the issue and ensure a smooth process. After submitting the video, our team will review the case and get back to you within 3-5 working days.

Partial COD Policy:

The amount collected as Partial COD is non-refundable if the customer fails to receive the product and it gets returned to us.

If the customer wants the order to be reshipped, an additional ₹199 must be paid for rescheduling the shipping.

No refunds will be provided for Partial COD payments under any circumstances.

If a return is approved, all product belongings (tags, packaging, accessories, etc.) must be included with the item for the return to be processed. If any items are missing, the return request will not be accepted.
